Step 1: Get a Crypto Wallet

1 Download a wallet app

Choose one of the wallets above and download it from the official app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

2 Create your account

Follow the app's setup instructions. You'll create a password and receive a "recovery phrase" — write this down and keep it safe! It's the only way to recover your wallet if you lose your phone.

Step 2: Buy Cryptocurrency

Once you have a wallet, you need to add money to it by buying cryptocurrency.

1 Choose an exchange

Popular exchanges: Coinbase (easiest for beginners), Binance (lower fees), Kraken, or Crypto.com.

2 Verify your identity

Most exchanges require ID verification (driver's license, passport). This is a legal requirement and usually takes 5-15 minutes.

3 Add funds

Link your bank account, debit card, or credit card to deposit money. Most exchanges accept USD, EUR, GBP, and other major currencies.

4 Buy Bitcoin or Ethereum

Search for "BTC" (Bitcoin) or "ETH" (Ethereum), enter the amount you want to buy (enough to cover your order total), and complete the purchase.

Tip: Buy a little more than your order total to account for network fees (usually $2-5).

Step 3: Send Payment to Maha Pharma

After adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout, you'll see our crypto payment details.

1 Select crypto at checkout

On the payment page, choose "Cryptocurrency" as your payment method.

2 Copy our wallet address

You will see a wallet address (a long string of letters and numbers) and a QR code. Copy the address or scan the QR code.

3 Send from your wallet

Open your wallet app, select "Send," paste our wallet address, enter the exact amount (in crypto), and confirm the transaction.

4 Wait for confirmation

Transactions typically take 10-30 minutes to confirm on the blockchain. You'll receive an email once we confirm your payment.

Important: Always double-check the wallet address before sending. Crypto transactions are irreversible.

Step 4: Receive 20% Cashback

After your payment is confirmed, we automatically add 20% cashback to your account as store credit.

Your store credit will be:

20% of your order total (full-price items only — discounted/sale items not eligible)
Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Automatically applied to your next qualifying purchase

Example: If you place a $500 order using crypto, you receive $100 store credit to use on your next order.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does payment take to process?

Bitcoin transactions typically take 10-30 minutes to receive the first confirmation. Ethereum is usually faster (5-15 minutes). We will confirm your order once the transaction has at least 1 confirmation.

What if I send the wrong amount?

Please send the exact amount shown at checkout. If you send more, the excess will be added as store credit. If you send less, your order may be delayed or canceled. Contact support if this happens.

Are there any fees?

We do not charge any additional fees for crypto payments. However, your wallet or exchange may charge a small network fee (miner fee) to process the transaction. This is typically $2-5.

Can I use any cryptocurrency?

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BTCH), Ethereum (ETH), and major altcoins including USDT (ERC20), Litecoin (LTC), etc. Check checkout for the full list.

Does crypto cashback apply to sale items?

No. The 20% cashback applies only to full-price orders. Discounted products, sale items, and clearance items are not eligible. The cashback also cannot be combined with other promotions.
